As you may be aware, new legislation concerning the use of information and personal detail s has been introduced over the last year. GDPR affects us all, and as such, I am writing to you about the use of parental comments and correspondence on the school website and in the prospectus.

Every year you are given a parental questionnaire that is used to inform the Governors and staff about the parent view of the school and helps shape the way the school moves forward. You are also given the opportunity to voice concerns and make comments on the reply slip attached to the annual school report. We use your comments in a number of way s and always discuss any issues of concern that you as parent s may have. Part of this s includes publishing any positive statements on the school website in an anonymous form. This is such a great way to promote the school as i is you who support us and know how we work the best.
