Jodrell Bank
On Wednesday 13th November Class 3 will be travelling by coach to Jodrell Bank, Cheshire in support of our work on the Moon and the Apollo landings. We are carrying out various workshops including the Mars Rover Challenge and Destination Space, as well as looking at the dish and the range of exhibitions that are there.
It should be a totally fascinating day and it would be great if all of the children could come along. The cost of the visit will be £20, which covers the coach hire and entrance to the site.
We will be leaving school at 8:15 am to ensure we make the 10:00 am start, so could all children please be at school for 8:00am next Wednesday please. We should be back in school for about 4:00pm.
Could all children please wear their school uniform and bring a packed lunch, drinks and appropriate wet weather clothing. They may also bring something on the bus to keep them occupied, but will need to take responsibility for this!
