We are rapidly approaching the end of term, and things are getting quite hectic. I have listed everything we plan to do below, and hopefully things will make sense!
Tuesday, December 9th: Class 2 trip to Sizergh Castle.
Wednesday, December 10th: Afternoon Christmas performance. The show will start at 1:30 pm at the Village Hall. All children will need to be picked up from the Village Hall at 3:15 pm if you are not watching. Those children in the school club will be taken back to school.

Evening Christmas performances. Those children taking part in the evening shows need to be at the Village Hall for 5:45 pm. The show will start at 6:00 pm. If you are not watching, then please collect your child/children at 8:00 pm.
There will be a separate email for those children in Little Herons, Class 1 and Class 2, concerning pick-up times and arrangements.

Friday, December 12th: Class 4 will be carol singing at Booths, Milnthorpe from 10:00 til 12:00. Come along and join in if you are around!
Monday, December 15th: Christmas lunch is available on the School Hub website.
Wednesday, December 17th: Classes 2, 3 and 4 will be travelling to Blackpool to watch the pantomime – Cinderella. We will be leaving school at 8:45am and will return by the end of school. Packed lunches only please! More details will follow.
Thursday December 18th: Christmas Party lunch! Could all children bring in some Christmas party food for their lunch and get in the festive spirit before our Christmas party games afternoon! Children can wear their own clothes – as long as they are Christmassy!!
Friday December 19th: Before we break up for Christmas, there will be a school Nativity with carols at 10:00 am. This is open to all Parents and Grandparents, so pop along and join in the singing.
We will be breaking up for the Christmas holidays at 1:30pm.
The school will re-open on Wednesday, January 7th 2026.
