PTA Update

 

Just a quick PTA update before we get underway with our Christmas fundraising efforts.

Our next meeting will be on Monday, 24th November, straight after school, with the usual offer of free after-school club for any children who need it. As always, everyone is very welcome to join us.

The Christmas Fayre is fast approaching! A reminder that we will be collecting the following for our Christmas raffles:

For the Fayre, we are also in need of volunteers to help set up on Friday evening and to run stalls on the Saturday. There is a volunteer sheet in the foyer—if you think you can help, please take a look and add your name. Any help is greatly appreciated, as this is always a popular event that raises a lot of money for the school.

We now have a Treasurer’s Report (attached), which provides a detailed breakdown of the funds raised through everyone’s hard work and generosity over the past year. In summary:

Absolutely incredible totals that reflect all the fun we’ve had along the way!

Last year, our main focus was supporting the Little Herons building, which is now thriving and extremely popular—we even have a waiting list! This is fantastic news for the future of the school.

We would now welcome suggestions for a new fundraising goal. If you have any ideas—such as the suggestion of a new PA system for school events—please come along to a meeting or share your thoughts with any member of the PTA.
