Class 1 Fun at the Coastguard Station
Class 1 visited Arnside Coastguard Station as part of their topic ‘People Who Help Us’. They learnt about keeping safe and what to do if someone is stuck on the sands. We then went to the Bob-In Cafe for a play on the park on such a glorious day.
Good work Assembly images, and Scarecrow Fun
We wanted to share some fun the children have had creating scarecrows this week. As always we have also been celebrating the hard work of some of our pupils this week. They've really impressed us with their dedication and commitment to learning.
EYFS Fun
This week, Class 1 has been engrossed in reading Jack and the Beanstalk. The kids have been engaged in a variety of activities, such as counting seeds to correspond with the numerals on the giant beanstalk, crafting their own harps, and planting magic beans to cultivate their personal beanstalks.

Cross Country County Championships
Two of our Year 6 boys entered the county championship competition at Casterton, they needed to be placed in the top 10 to qualify for the national competition on the 25th March. Both boys qualified!
Cross Country Fun at the District Championships
A few photographs of the fun the children had running through the mud to compete in the South Lakeland District cross-country championships at Casterton. 27 children volunteered from years 3-6 to compete, and 2 gained entry to compete in the county championships.
