IronMan Challenge

On Wednesday we had a fabulous day with coaches from TriKidz teaching the children all the skills they need to be a top-class triathlete!

The event was run by TriKidz for Epic Events. The Tri Kidz charity project is funded by Epic Events and Lakeland 100. Our aim is to deliver free triathlon coaching in primary schools throughout the North West to encourage children to be active and enjoy multisport.

Our team of qualified coaches visit schools to deliver a fun-based cycle and run sessions. We then host a free, mass participation event for school children to attend.

The coaches Jahn and Philip were extremely enthusiastic, nurturing and motivating, Here are a few of the kind words Jahn emailed about our children.

I’ve never worked in a school where the children are so kind and thoughtful to each other. They are a great bunch of kids and were brilliant to work with. Every year group is a credit to your school.
